Contractual and legal obligation: In order to receive your items and/or issue Voucher credit, Reflaunt will require your name, email address and physical address. We also ask for a telephone number with which to contact you if there are any difficulties with your submission. We will pass your name and contact information on to the carrier responsible for shipping your items to Reflaunt.

If you choose not to provide us with the above mentioned required data, we may not be able to provide you with certain services or fulfill our contractual obligations to you.


Consent: if you have consented to receive special offers, promotions or company news that we feel may be of interest to you, we may use your data for marketing communications and marketing campaigns. You may unsubscribe from receiving such correspondence at any time by logging in to your account page and indicating that you no longer wish to receive emails from Reflaunt. If you have consented to receiving marketing emails from Perfect Moment, your information will be provided to Perfect Moment and governed by Perfect Moment's privacy policy.
