Give your Skiwear a Second Life

Identify the pieces you'd like to send in with the search bar, using either the product ID or product name. Tell us about your items’ condition and receive an estimated voucher amount for each item.

Receive a free shipping label and drop your items off at your nearest UPS point.

You will be emailed a voucher after we receive and evaluate your items - no need to wait for them to sell before redeeming your reward. Your voucher can be redeemed online at perfectmoment.com as specified in the voucher Terms and Conditions.

How does the process work?

You can send in any item that can be found in the search bar by searching the product ID or name, provided the condition is brand new, excellent, very good or good. Note that all items in good condition are not eligible for resale and will be recycled or donated on your behalf, and you will be issued a flat recycling reward for your positive contribution to circular fashion. 

Please note, we do not accept the following:
1. Items with holes, marks or stains
2. Items missing part or all of the care label
3. Items with alterations or tailoring
4. Counterfeit items 
5. Items that have not been acquired legally 
6. Items whose sale is contrary to the law 
7. Items with a hygiene or health risk
8. Kidswear, base layers or helmets

What can I send in?

Once your items have been evaluated, you will receive a Perfect Moment voucher based on our team’s assessment of their value. Reflaunt will then resell all eligible items on a global network of marketplaces and pass on ineligible items to donation and recycling partners.

What happens to my items after I send them in?

Once you have sent in your items, we unfortunately cannot process return requests. You will be issued a voucher for all items that are eligible for either resale, recycling or donation. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information. Note that all items in good condition are not eligible for resale and will be recycled or donated on your behalf through third party partners, and you will be issued a flat recycling reward for your positive contribution to circular fashion.

Can I get my items back after sending them in?

Perfect Second Moment is currently available exclusively in the United States of America.

Where is the service available?

You can browse Perfect Moment’s curated selection of second-hand pieces on Reflaunt’s global network of marketplaces.

Where can I buy pre-loved Perfect Moment items?

Please do not send in any item that you have not identified through the search bar, as it will not be eligible for a reward and cannot be returned to you. When searching for your item(s), please refer to the "How do I find my product?" guide under the search bar. If you cannot find your item, it is possible we do not yet accept this style for the Perfect Second Moment program, so please fill out this form and we will reach out to you with any updates.

I can’t find my item in the search bar. Can I still send it in?

Please refer to the below definitions:

Brand new: The piece has never been worn or used and is as good as brand new. 

Excellent: The piece has barely been used or worn and has minimal signs of usage. 

Very good: The piece has been used or worn and has some signs of wear. 

Good: The piece has been used or worn and has moderate signs of wear. Note that all items in good condition are not eligible for resale and will be recycled or donated on your behalf, and you will be issued a flat recycling reward for your positive contribution to circular fashion.

How do I determine the condition of my items?

You can send up to 20 items in one submission. Please submit multiple requests if you have more than 20 items.

How many items can I send in?

Once you submit a request, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label for you to download. Make sure your items have been washed or dry-cleaned before packaging them securely. Affix the label clearly on the outside of the package and take it to your nearest UPS drop-off point within 30 days of submitting your request.

How do I send in my items?

Your submission will expire 30 days after submitting your request, and your items cannot be accepted after this point. If you would still like to send in your items after 30 days have passed, you will need to start a new submission. Please do not attempt to send your items using the original shipping label.

What happens if I don’t send my items within 30 days?

Can I drop off my items at a Perfect Moment store?

Our team of experts typically requires 8-12 working days to evaluate your items. You will receive an email once we receive your items, and once our team has completed their evaluation.

How long will it take to evaluate my items?

Is unable to match the physical item to an item appearing in the submission request

Deems the item to be non-compliant with our Terms and Conditions

Please ensure that you only send in items that you have correctly identified through the search bar, in the correct color and size. Rejected items cannot be returned to you and will not qualify for a voucher reward. Please reach out to perfectsecondmoment@reflaunt.com if you need to amend your submission.

Why was my item rejected?

Your voucher may be lower than the initial pricing proposal for one or more of the following reasons:

Our experts have deemed the condition of one or more of your items to be lower than indicated in the submission

One or more items in your submission could not be matched to a physical item received

One or more items were deemed to not be compliant with our Terms and Conditions.

Your voucher may also be higher if we have deemed the condition of one or more items to be higher than indicated in the submission.

Why is my voucher amount different from my initial estimate?

Our team of experts determines a voucher amount for each item based on a pricing algorithm that takes into consideration market trends, demand and the item’s condition.

How is the value of my items determined?

You will receive an email once our experts have completed their evaluation and confirmed your reward amount. Your voucher will then be sent to you in a separate email within 3 to 5 business days. 

How long does it take to receive my voucher?

Perfect Moment vouchers are the only available payment option for the service.

Can I choose to receive cash or a bank transfer instead of a voucher?

Your voucher can be redeemed online at perfectmoment.com

How can I redeem my voucher?

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. You can view the expiration date of your vouchers at any time in your My Account page. 

When will my voucher expire?

Perfect Second Moment is operated by Reflaunt, a partner of Perfect Moment, requiring a new account to be created. If you have a Perfect Moment account, please create your Perfect Second Moment account with the same email address.

I already have a Perfect Moment account. Why do I need to create a new account?

You can modify your email address and phone number in your My Account page. 

How do I change my Perfect Moment Resell profile details?

Head to the sign-in page and select “I forgot my password” to receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
